Zelfklevende magneetschijfjes 15mm diameter, 2mm dikte, N35

Self adhesive Neodymium disc magnets of 15mm, 2mm thickness, nickel-plated. Magnetization N35 axial (parallel to height), Strenght approx. 1.600gram. Magnets attract or repel on a pole side. Our disc magnets are axially magnetized. This means that the poles are on the round side. In order to remove magnets from each other, you have to slide them away from each other. ATTENTION ! FAQ

FAQ

What are these self-adhesive disc magnets typically used for?
They’re a solid choice for quick mounting in advertising displays, hanging signs, and model making. The self-adhesive backing helps you attach them without tools.
How do I install the magnet using the adhesive side?
Make sure the surface is clean and dry, then press the magnet firmly in place. For best results, apply steady pressure and avoid repositioning after sticking.
Which surfaces work best for the adhesive mounting?
Smooth, non-porous surfaces usually give the most reliable bond. If the surface is dusty, textured, or oily, adhesion can be less consistent.
What are the size and thickness of this magnet?
This disc magnet has a 15 mm outer diameter and is 2 mm thick. That makes it compact while still offering a practical holding force for lightweight applications.
How strong is the magnet, and what does that mean in practice?
The approximate strength is 1,600 grams under ideal conditions on suitable steel. Real-world results depend on the surface, air gap, and how the load is applied.
How are the poles oriented on this disc magnet?
It’s axially magnetized, meaning the poles are on the two flat, round faces. One face is North and the opposite face is South.
How do I separate two magnets safely?
Slide them sideways rather than pulling them straight apart. This helps prevent sudden snapping that can chip the magnets or pinch fingers.
What material and finish does the magnet have?
It’s a neodymium magnet with a nickel-plated finish. The plating gives a clean look and helps protect the surface during normal handling.
How do I clean and maintain these magnets?
Wipe them with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and keep them free of dust and metal particles. Store them so they don’t snap together and get damaged.
Do these magnets have a pre-drilled hole for screw mounting?
This product is supplied as a self-adhesive disc magnet for stick-on mounting. Installation is intended via the adhesive backing.
