Zelfklevende magneetschijfjes 13mm diameter, 2mm dikte, N35

Self adhesive Neodymium disc magnets of 13mm, 2mm thickness, nickel-plated. Magnetization N35 axial (parallel to height), Strenght approx. 1.400gram. Magnets attract or repel on a pole side. Our disc magnets are axially magnetized. This means that the poles are on the round side. In order to remove magnets from each other, you have to slide them away from each other. ATTENTION ! Because of the magnetic force they can collapse on top of each other and possibly break. Application: Is widely used in advertising applications, hanging signs and model making.

FAQ

FAQ

What are these magnets typically used for?
They’re a solid choice for quick mounting in signage, display work, advertising applications, and model making where you want a clean, removable fix.
How do I install the self-adhesive magnet properly?
Clean and dry the surface, then press the magnet firmly in place. For best results, apply steady pressure for a moment so the adhesive can grip well.
Which surfaces work best with the adhesive backing?
Smooth, non-porous surfaces usually give the most reliable bond. Make sure the area is free from dust, oil, and moisture before applying.
Will it stick to stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic?
The adhesive can stick to many materials, but the magnetic hold only works on ferromagnetic surfaces like iron/steel. For non-magnetic materials, it will behave like an adhesive pad only.
How strong is the magnet in practical use?
The pull force is approx. 1,400 g under ideal conditions. Real-world holding power depends on the thickness, flatness, and coating of the metal surface.
How are the poles positioned on this disc magnet?
It’s axially magnetized, meaning the north and south poles are on the two flat round faces. This helps when you want a straight pull on a metal surface.
What’s the safest way to separate two magnets?
Slide them sideways apart rather than pulling them straight. This reduces the risk of snapping together and getting damaged.
What material and coating does it have?
This is a neodymium disc magnet with a nickel-plated finish. The coating helps provide a durable, clean-looking surface for everyday handling.
How do I maintain and clean these magnets?
Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If needed, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately to keep the surface looking neat.
What are the key benefits of using self-adhesive magnets?
You can mount items quickly without drilling, which keeps the surface clean and speeds up installation. They’re also handy for temporary or changeable setups like displays and signs.
