Zelfklevende magneetschijfjes 10mm diameter, 1mm dikte, N35

Self adhesive Neodymium disc magnets of 10mm, 1mm thickness, nickel-plated. Magnetization N35 axial (parallel to height), Strenght approx. 500gram. Magnets attract or repel on a pole side. Our disc magnets are axially magnetized. This means that the poles are on the round side. In order to remove magnets from each other, you have to slide them away from each other. ATTENTION ! Because of the magnetic force they can collapse on top of each other and possibly break. Application: Is widely used in advertising applications, hanging signs and model making.

FAQ

FAQ

What surfaces work best for the self-adhesive backing?
For best results, apply it to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces like metal, glass, plastic, or sealed wood. Rough or dusty surfaces can reduce adhesion.
How do I install the magnet for a reliable hold?
Degrease the surface, let it dry, then press the magnet firmly in place for a few seconds. For strongest bonding, give the adhesive some time to set before loading it.
Can I remove or reposition the magnet after sticking it?
If you need to remove it, lift it carefully and slowly to avoid surface damage. Once removed, the adhesive performance may be reduced when reapplied.
How strong is this 10 mm disc magnet in practical use?
The magnet has an approximate holding force of 500 g under ideal conditions. Real-world performance depends on the surface material, thickness, and contact area.
Which way do the poles face on this disc magnet?
It is axially magnetized, so the poles are on the flat, round faces. This makes it ideal for face-to-face contact with steel or another magnet.
What is the safest way to separate two magnets?
Slide them sideways apart instead of pulling them straight off. This reduces snap-back and helps prevent chipping or breakage.
Is this magnet compatible with metal boards and steel surfaces?
Yes, it’s designed to work well on ferromagnetic surfaces like steel. On non-magnetic metals, the magnet won’t create a holding force unless you use a steel counter plate.
What material and finish does the magnet have?
It’s a neodymium disc magnet with a nickel-plated finish. The coating helps provide a smooth surface and added protection in normal indoor use.
How do I clean and maintain the magnet and adhesive area?
Wipe the magnet gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth and keep it free from dust and metal particles. Avoid aggressive cleaners that can affect the coating or adhesive.
What are common business uses for this self-adhesive magnet?
It’s handy for quick, drill-free mounting of small signs, displays, and lightweight components in advertising and shop fitting. It’s also a practical option for model making and prototyping.
