Do we have to create a permanent account?
No, you can also place an order as a guest, in which case we will not store your data.
What are the advantages of creating a permanent account?
- You only have to enter your details once.
- You can amend your details at any time.
- You will be shown the prices that apply to you (price agreement).
- You can view your order history.
- By clicking once on an “old” order line, you can place a repeat order at the current price.
- You can view your invoice history.
- You can download an “old” invoice.
Do you have a so-called privacy policy?

Can we order directly from Ropro Europe B.V.?
That depends on your country. See our dealer list at the bottom of the page for further information.
Can we resell your products in our country?
This is still possible in some countries. Send us an e-mail with your (business) particulars and we will contact you.
Can we negotiate price agreements?
We negotiate price agreements with sign and sign-related businesses. You can submit a request together with your business particulars.
How long will it take for our order to be delivered?
Orders placed before 14:00 will be delivered in the EU within 1-3 working days.
When out of stock deliverytime will be approx. 5-7 working days.
Can we have our order sent directly to our customer?

What are the standard shipping costs?
Consignments exceeding € 250.00 net will be delivered post paid within Belgium and Germany. For consignments below this amount we charge € 9.50 (ex vat) in shipping costs. For other countries, see your total invoice amount.
Can we receive our order before a specific time?
Yes. See delivery method in the webshop. Please note: this does not apply to all countries and/or all postal codes and only when your order has been placed before 14:00..
Can we see whether the parcel has been dispatched?
Yes. Immediately after dispatch we will send you an e-mail with a so-called tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel via the Internet.
Can we return an order?
Yes, this is possible, as long as your articles have not been ordered and/or packaged especially for you and as long as you notify us within 8 days via e-mail that you wish to do so and have received our approval for this. The goods concerned must be returned to us properly packaged, in perfect and unused state, and PROPERLY STAMPED. You will then be credited for the entire purchase sum minus the shipping costs. Returned goods that have not been announced in advance, are damaged, and/or are not properly stamped will not be accepted.
Can we receive a sample?
No, for many of our articles it is possible to order one single item. For large projects (above 250,00 €) you will receive a refund of this item.
