Shipping

Orders placed before 2:30 PM will be delivered within 1-5 business days within the EU.
Your order must be signed for upon receipt, so that the shipment of your order is insured. If you have not received anything after 7 business days, please contact us.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a message from DPD with the Track & Trace code and the expected delivery time. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a delivery notification from DPD. This notification indicates what the next step is or you can collect your order at a pick-up point.

If we do not have your order in stock, this may take up to 5 working days. You will be informed of this immediately.

If you have a different delivery address than the billing address, you can indicate this at checkout. If you want it sent blank, please contact us.

Returns process

Before you return products to us, we ask you to inform us by email or telephone. Please state your order and/or invoice number of the order in question. If possible, we would like to hear what is wrong with your order so that we can serve you better.

Companies orders:
Returns can be made within 8 days of receipt of the goods, provided they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You must return the products in proper packaging. For this purpose, you can send a package to the desired postal company at your own expense. We are not responsible for the loss of your return shipment or parts thereof. After receiving your return package, we will check the goods. If they meet the conditions, you will receive a credit invoice within a few days. If there is something wrong with your return shipment, we will contact you. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Private orders:
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You must return the products in proper packaging. For this you can send a package to the desired postal company at your own expense. We are not responsible for the loss of your return shipment or parts thereof. After receiving your return package we will check the goods. If they meet the conditions you will receive the full amount back into your account within a few days. If there is something wrong with your return shipment we will contact you.
