By using invisible fixings, the front of the panel remains completely free from visible screws or profiles.

Our range includes three distinct systems:

Dibond hangers

These are mounting plates attached to the back of the panel. Ideal for Dibond (ACM), acrylic, and aluminium panels, they ensure a sturdy and invisible wall mount without the need to drill into the material. The plates feature powerful self-adhesive tape and are combined with corresponding wall fixings. This creates a concealed system that allows panels to be mounted accurately and easily.

French Cleat Z-Bars

In addition to mounting plates, this category includes aluminium and plastic Z-profiles, also known as a French Cleat hanging system. This consists of two interlocking profiles that together ensure a secure and invisible wall mount.

Rody wayfinding fixings

A concealed fixing system specifically developed for door nameplates and wayfinding signage where content needs to be changed regularly. It consists of a click mechanism with a female and a male component. The female part is screwed to the wall, while the male part is attached to the sign. This allows the sign to be easily placed and replaced without any visible fixings.

6. Can I use multiple Dibond hangers at the same time?

Yes. When using two hanging plates to mount a single panel, they must always be mounted separately using the supplied fixing materials.

7. How much weight can a Dibond hanger support?

The product description specifies the maximum load for each product. Please note: when using two hanging plates, the maximum capacity does not double; it increases by approximately 50%.

8. How do I attach a Dibond hanger?
  1. Allow the panel and the hanging plate to acclimatise to room temperature (20°C).
  2. Remove the protective film from the back of the panel.
  3. Determine the position of the hanging plate (centred, at 1/4 distance from the top). Clean this area with the alcohol wipe and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Apply the hanging plate to the panel and press firmly for 20 seconds.
  5. Apply pressure to the hanging plate with a heavy object (approx. 15 kg) and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. Wait 24 hours before hanging the panel.

Please note: Not suitable for acrylic with a print on the reverse side.
