Magneetblok 10x5mm, 2mm dikte, N35

Neodymium magnet 10x5mm, 2mm thickness, nickel-plated. Magnetization N35 axial (parallel to height), Strenght approx. 750gram. Magnets attract or repel on a pole side. Our block magnets are axially magnetized. This means that the poles of our rectangular magnets are on the largest side. To remove magnets from each other, you have to slide them away from each other. ATTENTION! Due to the magnetic force they can collapse back together and possibly break. Application: Is widely used in advertising applications, hanging signs and model making.

FAQ

FAQ

What is this magnet typically used for?
It’s a solid choice for signage, advertising displays, and model-making where you need a compact, reliable hold. It also works well for light-duty fixtures and positioning tasks.
How is the magnetization oriented?
It is axially magnetized, meaning the magnetic poles are on the large flat faces. This makes it easy to use face-to-face for maximum holding power.
What are the dimensions of this magnet?
The magnet measures 10 mm by 5 mm with a thickness of 2 mm. This compact size is handy when space is tight.
What is the approximate holding strength?
The holding strength is approximately 750 grams under ideal conditions. Real-world results can vary depending on the surface, contact area, and pull direction.
How do I separate two magnets safely?
Slide them apart rather than pulling them straight off each other. Keep a firm grip and separate them slowly to reduce the chance of snapping together.
What material and coating does it have?
It’s a neodymium magnet with a nickel-plated finish. The coating helps protect the surface during regular handling.
Is it compatible with steel and other metals?
It works best on ferromagnetic materials such as iron and steel. For the strongest hold, use a clean, flat, and sufficiently thick metal surface.
Can I glue or tape this magnet in place?
Yes, it’s commonly mounted with adhesive solutions for projects like signage and displays. Make sure the bonding surface is clean and stable for consistent results.
How should I maintain and clean the magnet?
Wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and keep it free of grit to prevent surface wear. Store it clean and dry when not in use.
What are the main benefits of this magnet grade?
With N35 magnetization, you get a strong magnetic performance in a small footprint. It’s a practical pick when you want solid holding power without bulky hardware.
