Easyfix Steel & DamFix Installation

What do you need?

Ensure a smooth start by preparing all components: your logo or letters, the Damfix adhesive feet (M4 or M6), the Easyfix stainless steel studs, and a suitable adhesive such as Rody Rapid or Rody Power Bond.

Installation Instructions

Bonding the adhesive feet

Bond the Damfix adhesive feet to the back of the letter or logo. Allow the adhesive to cure fully according to the instructions of the specific adhesive used.

Screwing in the stainless steel studs

Screw the Easyfix stainless steel studs hand-tight into the metric thread (M4 or M6) of the mounted adhesive feet. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Marking the holes

Hold the logo against the surface to determine the exact drilling positions. You can also create a drilling template by pressing the letters with the studs onto cardboard or paper.

Installation and Securing

Place the sleeves into the drilled holes in the wall. Slide the logo studs into the sleeves and secure the assembly by firmly tightening the side screw of each sleeve.
