You should also take into account that ALL plastics undergo an aging process and are UV sensitive, the Goliath spacers are excellently resistant to UV. To correct irregularities in the dimensions and not to cause unnecessary tension, you should screw the female part "hand-tight" to the wall. 1. We recommend stainless steel pan head/cylinder head screws (screw 3mm for male part and 4.5mm for the female part). 2. Turn the screws hand-tight, then a quarter turn back. 3. Use at least 1 spacer per 20-40 cm (depending on the font size and weights). 4. Use our Rody-Rapid-Kleber (superglue - LOS2550) to glue to plastic. 5. Use Rody-Power-Bond (2-component adhesive - LOS2555) for bonding to metal and composite materials. 6. Very easy assembly and disassembly of the lettering. The Goliath spacers have been developed for heavy and/or large facade lettering. Because the Goliath is variable in length, sheet piles or offset parts are no problem.
